Just a few things I’ve discovered as of late….
I was faced with a dilemma. Looking for my favorite strawberry & banana Chobani Greek yogurt, the Chobani was sold out. I get a twitch like “where the chobani at?!”. I was forced to choose something else… So I tried Oikos Strawberry Greek Yogurt. My scream for Chobani didn’t subside. It wasn’t bad - It just…. tasted like imitation strawberry. Chobani wins. Again.
Doesn’t everyone love free samples? ‘Twas a pleasure tasting Starbucks Caramel Brulee Frappuccino with White Mocha. I have to say that I enjoyed the creamy, nutty taste. It wasn’t too sweet. That’s a lot coming from me – since I am not a fan of super sweet drinks. I mean c’mon, I might as well be eating ice cream!! Starbucks or ice cream…. who wins in your book?
I’ve gone completely CUCKOO FOR COCONUTS! Oh my wordness unsweetened shredded coconut does wonders for the palate! Are you bored with your everyday oatmeal, smoothies or protein balls? You’d be amazed the flavor coconut brings! I’m a fan of switchin’ up the flavors in my everyday clean eating. Then don’t get bored. I used the finely shredded coconut, because I like the way it mixes in every bite. 3 tbsp = 87 calories. Try my yummy low sugar granola or Jessica’s toasted coconut brussels!!
